Gwen Miller, is a certified project management professional, with deep experience in managing mid to large scale complex initiatives for private sector, public sector and higher education organizations.
Gwen is a transformational executive with a focus on business strategy and execution including process improvement initiatives with a demonstrated analytical skill set gained from extensive consulting experience, which serves as the foundation for critical thinking with a focus on bottom line results.
She most recently accomplished setting up and directing a business focused project management office for a local software company, which provided leadership, guidance, tools and support to realize repeatable and consistent project delivery success.
Gwen’s specialties also include portfolio/program management with executive reporting, project management leadership coupled with staff development, training, coaching and mentoring. She is also very passionate about the project management profession and how it can have a positive impact to an organization’s bottom line.
